カフェ　クランペットの名前の由来はイギリスのパンケーキのクランペットから来ています。
響きがかわいいのでこの名前にしました。クランペットはミルク、小麦粉、イーストで作られます。
元々はグリドルと呼ばれるぶ厚い鉄板で.焼かれていました。
